The Ideal Green Market Cooperative (IGMC) Board of Directors is calling for a special member meeting, specifically to vote on changes to the current IGMC bylaws. You may download and review the proposed bylaw changes here or in the store. This is extremely important for the member-owners and Ideal Green Market Cooperative. The meeting should take no longer than 10 minutes, and your prompt attendance is vital to make it a success.
Member-Owners are encouraged to arrive early, as you must be physically present and signed in at the time stated at the start of the meeting to be counted as a part of the quorum and to vote. A quorum at this meeting is required for a valid vote to revise the bylaws. And we welcome your vote!
Anyone late cannot be counted in terms of meeting a quorum. (Minnesota Statutes of Cooperative Organizations rules)
