Well, this week Barb tried the frozen organic sweet potato fries - Oh so VERY good and LOVE that the skins are left on! Easy, easy - preheat your oven to 425°, and spread on a pan (single layer, frozen) and roast/bake for 15-20 minutes. VOILA!
