  • Thursday, Apr. 5, 10:30-11:30 - Chicken Dinner PLUS - how to get the most out of your free range whole chicken presented by Megan Loukota
  • Saturday, Apr. 7, 9:30-10:30 - Fermenting Veggies: What? Why? How?  presented by Rachel Ready
  • Thursday, Apr 12, 10:30-11:30 - Gardening Tips & Tricks for the home gardener presented by Geoff Davidge
  • Saturday, Apr 21, 9:30-10:30 - Kombucha Magic - what is it? how to make it? presented by Megan Loukota

Classes are $10 each, $8 for member-owners. All classes will be held at Ideal Green Market Co-op, 34988 County Road 39, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472.
